There are several ways to use essential oils. Some of them are:
- Inhalation of vapours: This is also one of the most important and widespread aromatherapy techniques. Most importantly, it is one of the most important and important forms of aromatherapy. It can also help with respiratory problems such as asthma and bronchitis. Add up to 6 drops of essential oil (adult use) to each ounce (1oz=30ml) of boiling water. Fill a bowl with the required amount of water. Place the bowl on a table and sit on the table. Cover your head with a towel. Bend over the bowl and breathe through your nose. Be sure to keep your eyes closed. Stop immediately if irritation occurs.

- Massage: the most widespread method of applying aromatherapy. Mixing drops of essential oils with various vegetable oils (e.g. almond oil, coconut oil) can have both psychological and physical effects, depending on the type of essential oil used. In this case too, the sense of smell is activated and the essential oils are first absorbed by the skin and then pass into the systemic bloodstream, thus producing their therapeutic effects.

Mint (Sensory Stimulation)
Lavender (Anti-anxiety)
Addition to creams and lotions: similar to the massage technique. Add a few drops to your moisturizer and enjoy the valuable benefits of the plant.

- Tangerine(For Dull Skin)
Essential Oils & Ways of Use
- Compresses: Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to a bowl of warm water. Dip a towel into the mixture and squeeze. Using the cloth as a compress, apply it to areas of the body that need pain relief, such as the muscles, forehead or stomach. Warm compresses with essential oils are also excellent for period cramps.

- Use in a Diffuser: add a few drops of essential oil to pleasantly scent your room and enhance your mood.
